Angel R Rodriguez, CEO
is the Chief Executive Officer of Terra Network Solutions and a retired United States Marine Corps veteran with 24 years of service specializing in communications systems. He served in senior leadership roles as Operations Chief and Communications Chief, leading mission-critical infrastructure and technical teams in high-reliability environments. A BICSI Technician with PMP-level project management experience, Angel previously held a Top-Secret security clearance during his military career and brings disciplined, standards-driven leadership to delivering secure, reliable technology solutions for commercial and government clients.
Alejandro Tejeda, COO
is the Chief Operations Officer of Terra Network Solutions and a retired United States Marine Corps veteran with 20 years of service specializing in communications systems. He served in senior leadership and advisory roles, including Operations Chief and Communications Chief, leading teams and managing critical communications infrastructure. As Chief Operations Officer, Alejandro oversees low-voltage, data, and fiber optic infrastructure operations throughout Southern California. He directs commercial project execution, including structured cabling, system installation, maintenance, and infrastructure coordination. His leadership emphasizes operational efficiency, safety compliance, and quality control in fast-paced environments. He supports the delivery of scalable, high-performance fiber and data networks built for long-term reliability.
Alfredo Rodriguez, Operations Officer
With more than two decades of industry experience, Alfredo brings a strong foundation in operations, service excellence, and team development. His background includes 16 years in the satellite industry installing DirecTV and 12 years in construction, providing a deep understanding of hands-on field operations and the importance of quality, safety, and consistency. Based in Stockton, California, Alfredo has been part of the company since its earliest days, supporting the business from inception and growing alongside it. What began as a part-time role has evolved into leading operations across Northern California, where he remains focused on upholding company standards, supporting field teams, and driving reliable service for customers and partners.
Stephanie Sandoval, Business Manager
is a Business Manager with extensive experience overseeing operations, financial processes, and strategic support for growing organizations. She specializes in streamlining workflows, managing budgets, and supporting leadership teams while also driving brand and marketing initiatives. Known for her proactive and detail-oriented approach, Stephanie helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term business success.
Yazbeth Dimas, Operations Coordinator
is an Operations Support Coordinator who plays a key role in keeping projects, schedules, and daily operations running smoothly. She supports dispatching, job coordination, and administrative functions while serving as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and clients. With experience across public service environments, Yazbeth is known for her strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to efficient operations and quality service delivery.
Matthew Chavez, Project Coordinator
is a construction and infrastructure professional specializing in low-voltage, data, and fiber optic systems.
